All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days and Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

We offer shipping within the U.S. 

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.:

• Standard
• Expedited (no PO Boxes)

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from embodydd.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Embodydd does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. 

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Please note when making returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
• All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
